Mmmmm….check out this easy recipe from Kristin Pizzi, who blogs over at EatOxygen.com
She just blended one cup of Lifeway Plain Lowfat Kefir with a banana, a packet of PureVia sweetener and cinnamon to taste, then froze the concoction over night. The result: A creamy, sweet, banana bread batter-tasting frosty treat.
