Preparation: Wisk together
flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt. Add egg
and Lifeway Kefir or Lifeway SoyTreat (add until batter is smooth). On a very hot preheated and oiled griddle, pour 1 cup batter per pancake. Turn when bubbles appear. For each
serving, add the toppings as suggested or your own fresh fruit
combinations. |
